Return / Refund Policy
The following return policy applies to USA and Canadian orders only. For all international order information, please email us at 2020vibelle@gmail.com
Our return policy strives to be as flexible as possible for our customer while allowing us to provide instant insider access to products at a significant discount. As a result, not every product can be returned or refunded for cash. Items in Sales/Clearance are not eligible for returns/refunds.
- Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.
- Final Sale or Clearance items may not be returned.
- Customer will pay the shipping fee for returning the items. We will refund you once we receive the items you returned.
RETURN POLICY
Your original receipt must accompany your returned items(s) to process your refund. All returned items must be in their original state, with all tags attached and deemed by ViBelle LLC to be unworn/undamaged condition before they can be accepted for a refund.
Merchandise can be returned /exchanged up to 30 days after purchase and the refund amount will be applied to the original payment method. For audit purposes, we ask that you provide us with your name, address and telephone number.
Pls. state clearly in your UPS or USPS Commercial invoice that it is a returned merchandise and the total value is no more than $48.00 whatever the amount of your order. Otherwise you will need to pay customs taxes and duties.

Customer is responsible for shipping fees and duties/taxes across the border for the returned items. Once we receive your returned items, we will refund you.
